We have a reputation for only requesting change orders if the customer changes the scope. We don’t request change orders when the task was reasonably presented in the project documents.
The best infrastructure for Low Voltage technologies is more difficult to specify so we provide free BICSI/RCDD consultation free throughout the project at no additional cost and agree that Low Voltage technologies (audio, video surveillance, television, WiFi, networking, etc) adjustment are often made as the owner sees the project progress and we work with them to make no-cost adjustments whenever possible.
